Value Added Services Coordinator – Ingleburn
The Role –
Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? Toll Group is seeking a VAS Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating warehouse and transport operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery for our domestic and international customers.
As a Value Added Services Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordinating client warehouse and transport operations, ensuring service levels are met and costs are kept within agreed budgets. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries, seamless warehouse operations, accurate billing, and fostering strong client relationships.
You'll also be responsible for planning transport bookings, developing KPIs, and leading value-added service (VAS) teams to exceed performance targets. It’s a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities –
Compile and distribute performance reports (DIFOT, WMS extracts, KPI packs).
Be the first point of contact for customer service performance queries.
Coordinate daily VAS administration: inbound scheduling, order processing, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure commercial accuracy in billing and quotations.
Monitor warehouse flows and capacity, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Maintain strong visibility on the warehouse floor to support communication and issue resolution, whilst promoting and supporting a safe working culture through HSE initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed -
Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems and CargoWise1.
Strong Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of billing, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coordinating road transport movements.
A proactive, resilient, and commercially focused mindset.
