The Facility Maintenance Superintendent is to ensure operational requirements within the Toll Dampier Supply Base can be achieved in a safe and effective manner, through compliance to Port facility design standards. The Facility Maintenance Superintendent assists the Operations Manager and Regional Manager to meet the annual Business Plan Targets by optimising all company operated and owned assets so that they can deliver safe and efficient solutions to the companies’ client base.
As the Facility Maintenance Superintendent, you will:
Understanding the business imperatives set by the Operations Manager, by engaging Supervisors and Contractors in the delivery of these imperatives.
Development of a Preventative Maintenance schedule for critical infrastructure to reduce reactive maintenance.
Optimising the delivery of operations through the implementation of effective maintenance systems.
Partner with local contractors to deliver value by understanding operational needs and offering maintenance solutions to address these needs.
A focus on delivering performance through team members, coaching and development of team members and allocating resources based on the overall business priorities.
Driving continuous improvement through the integration of fit for purpose systems, logistics management expertise & quality people.
About You

Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role/industry
Project management skills
Systems leadership
Document writing/review & auditing
Budget preparation & cost control
Developing “Continuous Improvement” strategies in preventative maintenance
