Salary
$66,299 to $74,273 per annum (based on 70 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation.
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience

About the role
In this role you will
- Assist with the co-ordination of new driveway applications
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Process invoices ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Co-ordinate the ordering of materials
- Provide administration support and ensure the maintenance of accurate records
Position requirements
- Relevant qualifications in secretarial, business studies or equivalent/or proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated high level of administrative experience with proven accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of discretion and sound judgement with confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent in the use of MS Office suite
About you
We are seeking a person with strong communication skills and a high level of customer service. You will have strong organisational and computer skills and have excellent attention to detail.
