Are you passionate about the arts and driven by creating meaningful connections with the community? Join us as our Arts Membership Officer, a key role within the Arts, Culture and Tourism team. You’ll be at the heart of our Lake Mac Arts Membership program, managing the full membership lifecycle, from applications and renewals to onboarding and event coordination.
This role is all about delivering a high-quality, responsive experience for current and prospective members. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring members feel valued and engaged through timely communications, exclusive events and member-only benefits. You’ll also play a proactive role in growing our membership base, identifying opportunities to promote the program and enhance its reach. The role also involves supporting the ongoing development and growth of the Lake Mac Arts Membership program, helping it evolve and continuously meet the needs of our community.
Working closely with the Administration Lead and cross-functional teams, including marketing and programming, you’ll help implement strategies that elevate member satisfaction and foster a vibrant arts community. You’re someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys building meaningful connections. You bring warmth, professionalism and a genuine interest in engaging with others. Whether that’s welcoming new members, responding to enquiries, or coordinating events that bring the arts community together.
You’re organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping member experience front of mind. You’re comfortable working within established systems and processes, but also adaptable enough to navigate change and uncertainty when needed.
