About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of health and fitness facilities and programs at the Ulladulla Leisure Centre. This includes:
- Ensure compliance with legislation, Council policies, and safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain gym equipment and facility standards
- Regularly evaluate and design, trial, and adapt fitness programs and services to maintain high-quality program delivery
- Lead, support, and supervise the health & fitness team, promoting a positive and professional workplace culture
- Implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain members and boost participation and visibility
- Uphold child safety standards and contribute to community wellbeing through inclusive and accessible services

About You
To be successful in the position, you are required to have:
- Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in the Health and Fitness / Leisure industry
- Current Fitness Australia/FITREC registration or ability to obtain
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Class C Driver's Licence
- A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
