About the role
The Casual Customer Service Officer position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members across all Inner West Council aquatic centres in a high volume customer environment.
A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Aquatic Centre users.

Remuneration
$31.01 per hour + 25% loading + Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
- Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment
- A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
- Organisational and administrative skills
