Council’s Digital Innovations, Information and Technology Team is embarking on a range of exciting new projects, including the integration of Council’s CRM and data systems to support the upcoming collection contract. This initiative will involve close collaboration with both the vendor and key internal stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are closely aligned with Council’s business needs and that seamless integration is achieved across all core corporate systems.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
- Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in providing quality customer service with the ability to relay technical information to a range of internal customers and external vendors.
- Ability to undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience with using API’s for sharing information between dissimilar systems.
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in an IT environment.
