This position is temporary for 6 months.
This newly created temporary position will lead the Front of House Team at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre providing clear communication, excellent customer service and rostering to ensure service needs are met 7-days a week. A key focus of the role will be the integration of Visitor Information services into the Cultural Centre to enhance the visitor experience of those visiting both the Cultural Centre, and the Blue Mountains.
The successful candidate will be an experienced customer service professional who has excellent communication skills, strong local knowledge of the Blue Mountains region, a passion for the arts and experience in leading a team, including rostering. Proven experience in retail or customer service within a tourism-related industry is essential.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $76,426 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
