Transport Coordinator – Multi-User DC – Kemps Creek
Monday to Friday – 1:30pm – 9:30pm
The role -
Are you ready to take the wheel in a fast-paced logistics environment? At Toll, we’re looking for a Transport Coordinator who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll manage and organise the transport of customer products across multiple locations within agreed contracts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound deliveries, optimising planning processes, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate transport operations to meet business goals.

Monitor budgets and compliance to keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For -
Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and transport legislation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
