- Salary packaging ($15,900 + M&E Care + Novated Leasing)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a General Service Employee to join our team at Ascott Gardens in our Orange Region.
Duties will include (but not limited to): -
This role is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by performing cleaning, gardening, kitchen, and laundry duties. Focused on supporting facility operations and enhancing resident well-being, it ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort.
What you will need
Required:
- Proven experience in any or all fields including cleaning, gardening, food services and laundry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to the guidelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the facility and work flexibly.
- Ability to attend to detail, identify problems and resolve or escalate issues.
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook applications).
Desired:
- A qualification in the field of services- Food Services- (Food safety training) or Gardener- (any TAFE certification)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Aged Care
