About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning Advisor to join the FLOW program on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Learning Manager, this role will manage, administer and streamline the program’s change and learning initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for contributing to the creation of effective and memorable learning experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with workforce planners to schedule approx 130 classroom sessions across Sydney.
- Oversee catering, printing and management of 90 laptops across 7 locations, including ensuring the availability of spare equipment.
- Schedule and support Change readiness activities
- Create sessions in our Learning management System (LMS) and upload historical classroom and capability assessment records
- Onboard and manage vendor contracts, track documents, and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Handle purchasing processes and ensure timely invoice payments related to all L&D initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support for program delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
About You:
In addition to a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a similar administration role you will also have:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service focus.
- Highly technology literate.
