Title: ERP Change Manager, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Our opportunity:
As ERP Change Manager, you will drive organisational change throughout the ERP Transformation Program, focusing on timely delivery and maximising employee adoption of new processes and technology. You will prepare and support staff across Northern Beaches Council to embrace change, collaborating with business leads and project teams to assess impacts, identify and mitigate risks, and implement change management plans for smooth organisational transitions.
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Apply endorsed ERP change management methodologies to guide staff through organisational changes, coordinate proactive communication and engagement activities to deliver program priorities, and ensure key messages effectively reach impacted employees and managers.
2) Build and maintain strong relationships across the ERP Program and Council, adapt program activities to evolving business needs, monitor change and engagement performance, and escalate issues to leadership to maximise positive outcomes.
3) Identify and mitigate risks associated with organisational change, provide effective solutions to critical challenges, and engage constructively with employees and managers to resolve issues promptly and support successful change adoption.
About you:
We are seeking someone with proven experience in managing change for enterprise software projects. Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are vital for successful ERP delivery. Your ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels will help achieve positive outcomes for Northern Beaches Council.
