Title: Team Leader, Rockpools, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $80029.58 to $93006.52 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The role of the Team Leader Rockpools is to undertake cleaning and maintenance to the highest standards for Northern Beaches Council rockpool assets and adjoining infrastructure. We are looking for someone who can work changing shifts as the shift times move with the low tides in the evening night and early morning. The work is undertaken in coastal areas, under varying conditions.
The key focus areas of this role include:
• Actively lead staff cleaning and maintaining Rockpool Infrastructure Assets safely and efficiently to approved service levels.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders enhancing collaboration and driving positive results.
• Identify & prioritise competing customer expectations to deliver effective maintenance programs on time and within approved budgets.
• Maintain WHS&E standards ensuring compliance against relevant Statutory Regulations.
• Lead by example, encourage and support a positive Team Culture.
• Communicate effectively with our customers to efficiently resolve requests and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Undertake inspections and maintenance of rock pool assets safely and efficiently to approved service levels
• Identify opportunities to deliver improvements to cleaning service.

We are looking for a leader with a background that shows an aptitude to solve problems and undertake a variety of tasks, capable of working in a small team, creating a positive culture.
