We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual, with leadership capabilities to join our Library Services team as Senior Coordinator – Library Collections and Digital Development.

What you will bring to the role:
• Identify and develop solutions for complex issues and problems within areas of responsibility.
• Manage the Library’s Collection, Information, Local History, Bibliographic and Digital services.
• Advise the Library Management Team on strategies to continue the delivery of world class Library Services to The Hills community in light of population increase and technological trends.
• Plan, monitor and manage the team to achieve performance targets and business plan initiatives.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role with experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Diploma in Library & Information Services or related field.
• Driver License Class C – NSW and a valid Working with Children Check.
