Make an Impact You Can See Every Day
Join Guyra Preschool and Long Day Care Centre and help shape the early learning experiences that set our youngest community members up for life. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to nurture, guide, and inspire children during their most important developmental years.
You’ll play a hands-on role in creating environments that support curiosity, independence, wellbeing, and a lifelong love of learning.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- A supportive culture built on wellbeing, transparency, commitment, inclusion and teamwork.
- Enjoy a workplace that prioritises educator wellbeing and meaningful learning experiences.
- Be supported in an environment where your strengths are recognised and valued.
The Role
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering play‑based learning experiences that help children feel safe, connected and confident. You’ll contribute to planning and documenting programs, support children’s daily routines, and help create environments that encourage exploration, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.
You’ll hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working toward a Diploma), with an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the importance of warm, respectful interactions. Your teamwork, positive communication and ability to build relationships with children, families and colleagues will help create a welcoming, inclusive and high‑quality learning space.
