An opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary People & Performance team, dedicated to empowering our greatest asset – our people. In this role, you will provide strategic, contemporary advice on human resources best practice to support growth, success and effective operations across the organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to human resource management
- Significant experience in a similar level HR role with accountability for delivering HR/ER/IR services to a business or business unit.
- Significant experience in coaching and influencing managers on HR/ER/IR strategy, initiatives, projects and day-to-day HR/ER/IR matters to achieve desired outcomes
- Significant experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal customers and dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders, in a complex environment
- Significant experience managing change and implementing transformational change programs
- Demonstrated ability to identify, contribute to, create and implement contemporary human resource management solutions, practices and trends in a complex work environment
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, strategic decisions at short notice and communicate these effectively
- Significant experience in Award, legislation and policy interpretation and demonstrated ability to apply this in a practical sense
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality written advice with strong report writing skills
