Contract Administrator
- 2 year fixed term contract, 35hrs pw, 9 day fortnight

About the role
An exciting opportunity is available to join Council’s City Projects team as a Contract Administrator, playing a key role in the delivery of the landmark Botany Aquatic Centre. This high-profile project will transform the local area and deliver lasting benefits to the community.
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and broader City Projects team, you will provide end-to-end contract administration support across one of Council’s most significant capital works projects. Assisting in managing the construction you’ll help ensure the project is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Support the assessment and processing of progress claims, variations, and extensions of time
- Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation
- Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and cost control
- Coordinate correspondence between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Support WHS, quality, and compliance processes
- Attend site meetings and assist with inspections as required
About you
You are an organised and detail-focused professional with a genuine interest in construction and contract administration. You’re keen to learn, comfortable working in a team environment, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Salary Range: From $119,426 - $133, 757 per annum plus 12% superannuation
