What this role looks like:
• Carry out planned and reactive trade related tasks including painting, signage installation and maintenance, street and park furniture installation/repair/replacement, playgrounds, metal and steel fabrication, minor concreting and paving works, fencing, bridge maintenance, drainage repairs, maintenance and construction of retaining structures and other civil trade related duties.
• Drive & Operate plant, equipment and tools.
• Assist with renewal and construction of Capital Works projects
• Remove & dispose of general litter and hazardous objects
• Minor concreting and paving works.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
To be successful in this role you will have qualifications and experience in:
• >3 years in a similar role
• Trade qualifications in a building trade related field
• Drivers Licence (Class MR) – NSW (desirable)
• White Card - General Construction Induction
