YOUR ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Construction team and lead the delivery of high-quality road and civil works.
In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate day-to-day crew operations to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. You’ll supervise road construction and maintenance grading, stormwater and minor traffic asset maintenance, conduct daily site inspections, and support sealing, resealing and asphalt works in collaboration with contractors.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- A commencing weekly rate between $1,349 - $1,518 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 38-hour working week
