ABOUT THE ROLE
Position
We are seeking a suitably experienced and customer focussed individual to join our Information Services team. In this dynamic position, you will provide high-level support and problem solving across Council’s business systems, ensuring users are confident, capable and well supported. You’ll deliver ongoing training and mentoring to Business Systems Support staff, while partnering with stakeholders to analyse business needs, define system requirements, and redesign processes to achieve improved organisational outcomes.
This role also offers the opportunity to lead and support the implementation of business systems projects in line with Council’s project management framework, proactively facilitating change and helping teams embrace new ways of working.

- Qualification in relevant field or suitable experience within an Information Technology discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in managing application-level software implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level support and troubleshooting for key IT corporate systems.
- Demonstrated experience with the Civica Altitude software suite, the use of business system registers, applications and eform platforms.
The rewards
- An annual salary range of $84,300 to $96,700 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
