Lead Council-wide strategy, planning and insights to shape better service
outcomes for the Manningham community.
- Head the development and performance reporting
of the Council Plan and Service Plans
- Drive data-informed decision making and

About the role
The Coordinator Strategy and Insights leads
Council’s strategic planning, performance reporting and insights function. This
role drives integrated planning and reporting, ensures legislative compliance,
and uses data and analysis to inform executive decision-making and service
improvement across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager Business
Enablement, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with
Executives, Councillors and senior leaders.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic
planning, corporate reporting and performance frameworks in a complex
organisation
- Strong capability in data analysis and
translating insights into clear, actionable strategies and reports
- Proven experience leading and developing
high-performing teams of planners and analysts
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement,
facilitation and consulting skills, including working with executive-level stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of integrated planning and
reporting requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business, strategy or
a related discipline
