About Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Portfolio Performance Reporting Specialist to join our Portfolio Project Management section. Reporting to the Manager Project Governance; In this role you will:
- Provides advice, technical support and data capture to City Placemaking and Services driving performance reporting, service metrics, visualisation and analysis.
- Lift visible transparency of the City Placemaking & Services portfolio, enabling data driven decisions to be made by accessing and analysing service metrics.
- Develop Operational Dashboard reporting to visually display Portfolio and Project metrics.
- Project management of small to medium projects within Portfolio Project Management team.
- Provide analysis of key service metrics as requested.
What we are seeking:
- Relevant job-related experience in data capture and analysis.
- Proficiency in using the suite of Microsoft products.
- Well-developed organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively on complex technical matters with non-technical users.
- Current Class C drivers licence.

Desirable Criteria:
- Understanding of the role and functions of Local Government
- Experience in using Microsoft Visio, Pulse and Technology1 modules.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience in project management methodology.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
