About The Role..
Join our team as an
Accounts Receivable Officer and play a vital role in keeping our finance function running smoothly. This position is responsible for managing the AR ledger, proactively following up outstanding accounts and driving timely payments.
Working across a range of stakeholders, the role involves negotiating payment arrangements, resolving account queries and handling escalations with professionalism and care. You will also support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks, contributing to an efficient and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Follow up outstanding accounts via phone, email and correspondence to drive timely payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and manage payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve account queries and disputes with a customer-focused approach.
- Reconcile bank receipts to the ERP system to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and attend debtor meetings to resolve account matters.
- Support month-end activities and broader finance team requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
About You..

- Relevant qualifications or studying towards.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and debt collection processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to action processes accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., spreadsheets)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities workload, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative in independent tasks.
