We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RegisteredProjects Surveyor to join our team and lead our surveying efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and knowledge in engineering and land survey work, including the survey of roads, drainage and other civil works; the preparation of base plans, construction set-out, survey and plan preparation WAE plans and determination of cadastral boundaries. This role requires leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. What this role looks like:
- Provide surveys for all types of Council works including detailed surveys for design, set-out surveys for construction, work as executed plans and volumetric surveys
- Managing surveying projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate projects and key initiatives to improve business and service delivery processes.
- Plan, monitor and manage the team to achieve performance targets and business plan
What we are seeking in our new team member:
- Degree/Qualification in Surveying (Registered Surveyor).
- Currently registered with the Board of Surveying and Spatial information of
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- In possession of a valid NSW Driver License (Class – C).
