About the role
You will be responsible for assisting with the revenue operations of Council, including levying and collection of Council rates, issuing s603 Certificates, processing pensioner rebate applications, maintenance of property and address data, responding to ratepayer enquires and assisting with other Revenue Team functions.
About you
The
successful candidate will have:
- Relevant previous experience in local government rating and property administration or a similar administrative role with transferrable skills
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with commitment to the provision of excellent customer service
- Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in addition to effectively contributing to a team
- Demonstrated high-level problem-solving ability with proven strong attention to detail.

Salary range:
From $1415 per week (+ super) to $1639 per week (+ super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable
candidate.
