The Opportunity
Client Services Coordinator – Laverton North
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our Resources and Industrials division at our Laverton North facility. Our Laverton North Site is a Dangerous & Hazardous Goods facility supporting several B2B customers. A fast-paced site driven by safety and compliance, this facility services major ASX listed Chemical suppliers and manufacturers.
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting TOLL’s operational excellence and customer experience objectives. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer service delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely processing in systems such as PWMS and RAMCO.
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, stock availability, and delivery updates.
- Support daily communication between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure accurate and on-time dispatch.
- Log and track customer and operational issues using the Issue Register to ensure accountability and resolution.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal, external customers and stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service or logistics coordination role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with PWMS, RAMCO, or similar WMS/ERP systems.
- Exposure to warehousing or transport logistics environments.
- Understanding of chemical handling and compliance documentation (e.g. SDS, PPE).
