Title: Team Member, Rockpools, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $65166.42 to $75733.98 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The Team Member – Rockpools role involves carrying out cleaning and maintenance to the highest standards for Northern Beaches Council rockpool assets and associated infrastructure. We are seeking a flexible individual who can work rotating shifts, as shift times vary in line with evening, overnight, and early morning low tides. Working hours are predominantly night shift. All duties are performed in coastal environments and under varying weather and site conditions.

The key focus areas of this role include:
• Undertake cleaning and maintenance to Rockpool Infrastructure Assets safely and efficiently to approved service levels
• Manage self and collaborate with Team to seek opportunities for improvements in service delivery
• Comply with WHS&E standards ensuring compliance against relevant Statutory Regulations
• Encourage and support a positive Team Culture
• Communicate effectively with our customers to contribute to a positive customer experience
About you:
We are looking for a person whose background that shows an aptitude to solve problems and undertake a variety of tasks, capable of working in a small team, creating a positive culture.
