Where others see challenges, we see more interesting investment experiences. Every person, every skillset, every mindset is an asset. We’ve got every future generation to consider, yet our approach to investing is incredibly pure: we think about it deeply, and daily. Ours is a culture where great people grow the future together, with the rare ability to work collaboratively, think freely, and make a real difference.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced strategic and delivery-focussed Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategically significant initiatives across the Agency. Sitting within the Project Services team, this role plays a key part in overseeing and delivering projects, business plan initiatives and complex business‑as‑usual activity that require coordination across multiple areas. Project Services provides program and project management, change management and analysis expertise, alongside enterprise‑level governance, oversight and reporting and business planning across the organisation.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, Project Delivery, you will lead the delivery of projects from ideation through to implementation, partnering closely with executive Sponsors, senior Project Leads and cross‑functional teams. Our delivery model is deliberately business‑led — this role exists to enable leaders to deliver outcomes effectively, with strong structure, discipline and insight.
In addition to delivering priority initiatives, you will provide project advice and consultancy across the Agency, supporting smaller initiatives and helping uplift delivery capability and ways of working.
This role is suited to an experienced, pragmatic delivery professional who brings sound judgement, calm leadership and the ability to navigate complexity in a purpose‑driven environment.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, People & Culture, Finance and other key functions
Work with Change Managers and project teams to support effective communication, engagement and adoption
Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement activities to strengthen delivery practices
Provide trusted project advice and guidance to support capability uplift across the Agency
