We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support and be the right hand person to the CEO in a high performing, fun and dynamic environment. This role requires an individual who acts with integrity, discretion and professionalism at all times, demonstrating sound judgement and a strong commitment to ethical conduct. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging, write persuasively and confidently convey complex information to a range of stakeholders. With a strong customer and community focus, you will anticipate needs, respond promptly to requests and ensure a high standard of service in all interactions. You will be highly organised, take initiative, and consistently deliver quality outcomes with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities and supporting the achievement of organisational goals. To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior executive assistant role with superior organisation skills and attention to detail, whilst requiring minimal direction or supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
- Significant experience in complex minute taking.
- The ability and commitment to work flexible working hours including attending meetings outside of ordinary working hours.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement particularly process, system and work practice improvement.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in political environment and foster positive working relationships with elected members.
- Ability to provide high level customer service to internal and external customers in often unusual or complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and innovation when investigating, analysing & solving problems or taking advantage of opportunities.
- Ability to complete ongoing planning involving complexity to ensure effective contribution to work programs.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
