We’re looking for an Inclusion and Culture Partner
to support the delivery of programs and initiatives that help maintain a fair,
inclusive, and respectful workplace.
Working as part of the People Experience team,
you’ll support inclusion and culture initiatives across the organisation,
including gender equality, reconciliation, disability inclusion, and
organisational culture. This role focuses on collaboration, practical delivery,
and continuous improvement.

What
you will be doing
In this
role, you will:
- Support
the delivery of inclusion and culture programs and action plans.
- Help
develop and update clear, accessible resources, tools, and intranet content.
- Assist
with tracking actions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support
policy, process, and systems improvements using an inclusion and accessibility lens.
- Work
with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to support shared outcomes.
- Assist
with administration, procurement, and committee coordination as needed.

You are someone who:
- Has experience or capability in inclusion, equity, organisational
culture, or people‑focused work.
- Understands diversity and inclusion principles, including intersectionality.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with people from different
backgrounds and roles.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage competing tasks.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a supportive team.
- Is comfortable working within policies and established frameworks.
A relevant qualification or equivalent experience
