What will you do?
Reporting to the National Property & Facilities Manager, you’ll help keep our Head Office running smoothly while supporting broader facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and own day‑to‑day facilities operations across our office spaces
- Being the welcoming front‑of‑house contact for visitors and stakeholders
- Owning and responding to the Facilities inbox and requests
- Coordinating building management, suppliers, trades and service providers
- Scheduling maintenance and managing ongoing service agreements
- Supporting the CEO Office with administrative assistance and relief cover
- Managing security access, passes, lockers and car park allocations
- Overseeing stationery, kitchen supplies, furniture and equipment purchases
- Supporting WHS administration including incident reporting, audits and committees
- Promoting a safe, positive and efficient working environment
What we’re looking for?
You’re organised, approachable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You take pride in delivering great service and enjoy working autonomously while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities, building management or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem‑solve
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status
Desirable
- Certificate IV in Administration or similar
- Experience using Halo, Jira or similar scheduling/admin systems
Other important information
- This is an onsite role, based in the office 5 days per week
- Occasional out‑of‑hours support may be required for emergencies
- Additional allowances are paid on top of your base salary when this occurs
