Title: HR Business Partner, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $161,139.40 to $187,270.99 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
Hyrbid working arrangement (3 days per week onsite)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Build trusted relationships with stakeholders both within Human Resources and other business units within Council in order to influence decision making processes and ensure positive outcomes for the business.
2) Actively participate and provide subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of human resources strategies across Council in order to assist the business in meeting its people and business objectives.
3) Utilise HR metrics and workforce planning analytics to identify successes, areas for improvement and provide insights for data-driven decision making in collaboration with people leaders.
