Title: Specialist Administration Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $74312.8 to $86363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Transport and Civil Infrastructure is responsible for the provision, management and maintenance of civil infrastructure and the delivery of transport, traffic and civil infrastructure services.
Transport and Civil Infrastructure has both internal and external clients and provides service across a range of functional areas including:
• Transport Network Planning
• Transport and Civil Infrastructure Asset Management
• Parking Operations and Community Transport
• Construction and Maintenance of Civil Infrastructure
• Plant, Fleet and Stores Management
• Business Operations

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support to the Fleet, Plant and Stores team, ensuring records, documentation and data are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with Council policies and systems.
2) Assist with a range of operational and project-related activities within the Fleet, Plant and Stores team, including coordination, tracking actions, maintaining project documentation and supporting the delivery of key initiatives.
3) Coordinate fleet accident and incident administration, including lodging required forms, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers, arranging repairs, and ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record keeping.
About you:
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. You take pride in delivering accurate, timely work and providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
You are confident working across a range of systems and processes and either have experience with local government systems or the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology and system environments. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, you are comfortable supporting operational teams, coordinating tasks, and following matters through to completion.
You work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate sound judgement, and are committed to continuous improvement, compliance, and positive workplace relationships.
