About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Officer to join our team for a 12 month contract.
You will provide exceptional customer service by listening to the needs of each customer and action in a prompt, professional and courteous manner at all times. The role also acts as a primary interaction
point between customers and other council divisions, ensuring that the Council adopts and promotes customer
centric solutions.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service in a face-to-face or call centre
environment.
- Demonstrated ability to working collaboratively with stakeholders across an organisation to promote a
customer centric culture.
- Strong computer skills with an ability to provide customer service using digital technology.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including proven written and verbal communication skills, dispute
resolution, and problem-solving ability.

Salary range:
From $1416.80 per week (+ super) to $1558.50 per week (+ super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable
candidate.
