Child Care Coordinator - Galiwinku Make a real difference in remote East Arnhem communities. We're seeking a committed
Child Care Coordinator to lead high‑quality early childhood education and care across our community Child Care Centre in Galiwinku.
About the Role - Coordinate daily operations of Child Care Centres.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Lead, mentor, and support educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Manage child care places, subsidy requirements, and records.
- Ensure safe, clean, well‑maintained facilities.
- Support recruitment, training, rostering, and performance development.
What You'll Bring - Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or Cert III with willingness to complete Diploma).
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early childhood legislation.
- First Aid, CPR, Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Cross‑cultural capability, particularly with First Nations communities.
- Current Ochre Card & C Class Driver's Licence.
