Senior Support Officer - Technical & Infrastructure Darwin, NT East Arnhem Regional Council is seeking an experienced
Senior Support Officer to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to our Technical and Infrastructure Services Directorate, with a strong focus on Civil Infrastructure programs and maintenance works.
Key responsibilities - Provide administrative and coordination support to infrastructure projects
- Financial processing and reconciliations (AP/AR)
- Procurement and contractor documentation
- Scheduling and coordination of maintenance and minor works
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support the use of mobile apps and online systems
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
About you - Experience in high‑level administration within a technical or project‑based environment
- Sound financial administration skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and quick to learn new systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable: Cross‑cultural awareness and understanding of issues affecting First Nations people.
