Your Role:
As a Horticulturist, you’ll provide horticultural expertise and carry out maintenance of the City's hard and soft landscape assets including turf, garden beds, trees, playgrounds and infrastructure. Reporting to the Parks Team Leader, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily landscape maintenance activities across parks, streetscapes and public spaces;
- Lead and collaborate with team members and contractors to deliver high-quality horticultural outcomes;
- Monitor and identify maintenance needs to support the upkeep and presentation of City assets and infrastructure; and
- Deliver safe, customer-focused services while promoting teamwork, training and best practice operations.
