RMCC Coordinator

Based in Cudal, this role offers the opportunity
to lead RMCC (Road Maintenance and Construction Contract) operations, work closely with Transport for NSW, and coordinate
projects, contractors, compliance and reporting across a diverse program of
works.

About the Role
- Lead
the delivery of Council’s Roads Maintenance and Construction Contract (RMCC)
works in partnership with Transport for NSW.
- Coordinate
contractors, crews, budgets, project plans, claims and reporting across a
varied roads program.
- Ensure
works are delivered safely, on time, to specification and in line with quality,
environmental and compliance requirements.
- Build
strong working relationships with Transport for NSW representatives,
contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide
practical leadership, oversight and support during the planning and delivery of
RMCC works.

About you
- You
bring tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or significant experience in
a similar transport, civil construction or maintenance role.
- You
have strong project coordination, contractor management and budget monitoring
skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving.
- You
understand roads maintenance and construction environments, including safety,
quality, compliance and traffic management requirements.
- You
are an effective communicator who can build trusted relationships with
contractors, regulators, crews and internal stakeholders.
- You
are organised, practical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to lead
works delivery and support continuous improvement.
- Relevant
licences, traffic management capabilities and knowledge of TfNSW RMCC works
will be highly regarded.
