Customer Services Manager
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated, skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Customer Service on a two-year, full-time basis (35 hrs per week).
The role will be responsible for leading and supporting the Customer Service team to foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture, while managing Council’s venues, facilities and booking systems to ensure efficient service delivery. You will oversee the delivery of quality end-to-end customer experience, manage access to information applications in line with legislative requirements, and collaborate across the organisation to support key outcomes aligned with Council’s Digital and Customer Information Plan and Community Strategic Plan.
The successful applicant will be a highly capable communicator with a strong customer focus and a demonstrated ability to manage diverse enquiries. You will be organised, proactive and confident in prioritising competing demands. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering quality service are essential. A current Class C Driver’s Licence is required.
