The City of Rockingham is seeking an experienced and motivated Reserve Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the delivery of maintenance and improvement works across the City’s reserve and building infrastructure.
In this role, you will supervise a diverse team and contractors, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective maintenance services, while driving safety, performance, and continuous improvement. You will also oversee key programs including graffiti management and infrastructure asset maintenance.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, supervisory and interpersonal
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset maintenance practices and effective systems to reduce whole of life costs
- Substantial experience in the building or infrastructure industry with a focus on delivering effective maintenance and renewal programs
- Significant experience in a leadership role, including monitoring staff and contractors
- Degree, diploma or trade qualification in building, construction or related field
We are offering a gross salary of $111,967 per annum, and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
