Join the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter team and play a key role in providing high-quality care for animals while supporting the day-to-day operation of the shelter. This hands-on role involves animal care, shelter maintenance, customer service, animal rehoming activities and community education to help achieve positive outcomes for animals in our care.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- A weekly salary between $1,299.48 – $1,462.45 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
- Work a 9-day fortnight (based on a 38-hour working week) plus rostered on call hours
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hour agreement
- Access to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
- Access to 1 week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
