The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a dedicated and people-focused individual to design, implement and promote Aquatic Programs across all BVSC operated facilities.
As a Aquatic Programs Team Leader, you will:
- Design and implement Aquatic Programs at BVSC operated pools.
- Coordinate the staffing and rostering of Aquatic Programs.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for facility and programs.

About You
We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience in the development, preparation, supervision, delivery and assessment of Aquatic Programs and holds a Certificate IV in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation (desirable).
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Experience using Aquatic & Leisure Facilities Enterprise Management Systems (Envibe is desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership, induction, training and supervision of aquatic program staff.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with customers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Four (4) years’ experience in the aquatic programs industry (indicative).
Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time position working 38 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $99,305.02 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,705.10 per week base salary
- $204.61 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
