Council is seeking a highly engaged, self-motivated team player who will take an active role in records management compliance and the implementation of an organisation-wide technology solution. This is a 2-year temporary project-based role which will be directly involved in supporting and carrying out project work relating to records management for the successful implementation of the new EDMS.
This position will directly provide records management compliance activities across new and existing systems, decommissioning and migration from outgoing systems, search and extraction of records from multiple systems, and ensure the effective training and embedding of records management practices in accordance with the State Records Act.
The jobholder requires demonstrated experience in records management, advanced computer literacy, and demonstrated experience in maintaining strict confidentiality, have strong attention to detail skill and the ability to work collaboratively in team environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Jobs at this level require technical proficiency in a specialised area and extensive experience in a relevant or similar role.
This is a temporary, 2-year project-based position, with possible extension and / or possibility of permanency and is part-time, 4 days per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm. This position may include office based, work from home or hybrid by application and arrangement.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $92,709 (pro-rata) gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
+ annual award increase
