This role will be Council’s brand champion and lead design and creative work across Council’s website, publications, social media channels, advertising and more.

What this role looks like:
• Provide organisation-wide leadership and influence in the management and consistent application of Council's corporate brand.
• Provide expert strategic brand advice and influence decision-making across Leadership Team members and key stakeholders regarding the application of Council’s branding.
• Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with teams across Council to deliver integrated campaigns, initiatives and communications that align with Council's brand standards and objectives.
• Develop, monitor and report on organisational brand performance, compliance and governance measures, providing strategic advice and recommendations to the Leadership Team to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Visual Design and Creative Direction with proven delivery across multiple channels
• Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW
