Tenure Permanent full-time Salary from : $72,333 up to $84,437 per annum plus superannuation (Salary will be assessed based on skills and experience)
There are two position available.
Bulli -This position works 5 days on - Thursday to Monday, with every Tuesday & Wednesday off.
Corrimal - This position works 10 days on with 4 days off on a rotating roster that includes working every second weekend.

We have two opportunities available within Wollongong City Tourist Parks. These opportunities offer the chance to build your skills across park operations, grounds maintenance and customer service while helping keep our parks safe, clean and welcoming for guests. You'll join a supportive, hands-on team responsible for maintaining park grounds, amenities and accommodation, with no two days quite the same.
From mowing and grounds maintenance to preparing cabins and assisting visitors, you'll play an important role in delivering the high standard our parks are known for. Weekend work is required, with roster patterns varying between parks, and you'll need to be available to work flexible hours. Additional hours may be available during busy or peak periods.

About you
You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in creating clean, safe and welcoming spaces for visitors. Reliable and proactive, you can work independently, use your initiative and contribute positively as part of a team. You will bring:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, parks, gardening, property maintenance or a similar practical role.
- A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate respectfully with a wide range of people.
- The ability to identify issues, solve problems and manage competing priorities.
- A focus on safety and maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Basic technology skills and confidence using workplace systems.
- A willingness to work weekends and rostered shifts.
- A physical capability to undertake the requirements of the role as outlined in the Position Description.
- A current Class C Driver Licence.

What you will be doing
- Maintaining park grounds, gardens and outdoor areas to a high standard.
- Mowing, edging and carrying out general grounds' maintenance.
- Cleaning amenities blocks, public facilities and accommodation areas.
- Preparing and restocking cabins for arriving guests.
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and supporting senior grounds staff.
- Taking direction from the Senior Grounds Maintenance.
- Providing friendly customer service and helping create a positive visitor experience.
- Working safely, independently and as part of a team to keep the parks clean, safe and welcoming.
