Remuneration: $67,500 - $75,500 p.a. pro rata + superannuation + salary packaging up to $15,900

Be the welcoming first point of contact for AHCWA, providing professional reception and administrative support across our Boorloo (Perth) office.

As part of AHCWA's Corporate Services team, you will help create a positive experience for visitors, members and stakeholders while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will:

Provide professional and welcoming reception and customer service to visitors, members and stakeholders.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage reception enquiries and monitor the organisation's central email account.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, meeting rooms, catering and other office logistics.
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and meeting support.
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Maintain office supplies, records and administrative systems and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

You are friendly, organised and professional, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a busy office environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in reception, administration or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
The ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute positively to a team.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and uphold cultural safety.

Highly regarded:

Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and is acknowledged as such by their community.
