Your new role
Program Delivery oversees the successful delivery of business outcomes from a large portfolio of projects, managing quality, risk, and budget. SAPOL's portfolio, including core infrastructure, business systems, and digital transformation, is divided into three sub-portfolios. The Forms Officer, reporting to the Project Manager, Digital Innovation, and working closely with the Information Services Branch, Records Management Unit (RMU), is responsible for coordinating the design, implementation, and management of printed and electronic forms, ensuring compliance with legislative and system requirements, and providing support to project teams and business areas.
The Forms Officer is accountable to the Project Manager, Digital Innovation under the Director, Mobility Transformation Portfolio and must work under limited direction and exercise administrative responsibility for forms management within SAPOL. In collaboration with the RMU, the Forms Officer is responsible for the outcomes of a range of functions within SAPOL including responsibility for coordinating design, implementation, amendment and management of printed electronic forms; managing content of official SAPOL forms; providing high level advice, practical assistance and technical support to project teams and business areas; and ensuring forms comply with legislative and system requirements as well as SAPOL General Orders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated proficiency using applications within the M365 Suite and the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software)
- Demonstrated experience in the production, editing, amendment and maintenance of forms (or similar) and corporate documents.
- Demonstrated investigative and research skills coupled with the ability to provide associated clear and concise reports with in-depth evaluation.
- Ability to understand and interpret overarching legislation and guidelines, such as internal policies and State Government branding Guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with high volumes of work across cross functional project teams and meet deadlines including legislative change cut off dates.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, critical evaluation and applies learning from previous experience to ensure materials are clear, accurate and consistently presented.
- Ability to manage multifaceted issues whilst operating independently and exercise judgement where procedures are not clearly defined.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing effectively, with internal and external stakeholders and explain technical forms and corporate document related concepts to a wide range of client groups.
