These roles range from APS3 to APS6 equivalent and will be based onsite in Canberra City. About the Role:
Depending on your level of experience and placement (APS3-APS6), your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from childcare services
- Supporting services with their reporting obligations and payment or policy queries
- Applying legislation under the Family Assistance Law
- Documenting and managing cases through a case management system
- Analysing data to identify and resolve issues
- Undertaking complex case investigations
- Providing guidance, training and quality assurance within the team
- Supporting management with team planning, escalations, and process improvements
- Staying up to date with legislative and procedural changes in a dynamic environment

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in stakeholder support, customer service or contact centre roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret policy, legislation or complex guidelines
- Confidence using case management or CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- For higher-level roles (APS5/6), experience in team leadership, training, and quality assurance
