Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
Senior Finance Analyst – Fleet Management, Melbourne
The Opportunity
This position will lead finance activities in support of Global Fleet Management, providing strategic financial insights and detailed analysis to drive informed decision-making. This role will take ownership of key financial planning, performance management, and reporting processes, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations. The position plays a critical role in supporting the transition to centralised fleet operating model.

As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across Global Fleet Management to deliver high-impact financial analysis and strategic decision support.
Lead the evaluation of major operating and capital expenditures, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the end-of-month reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Toll Group requirements.
Drive performance tracking against strategic goals and budgets and lead the development of initiatives to close performance gaps.
Champion the standardization and optimization of financial processes and reporting frameworks.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will:
Proven experience in a finance analyst or business partnering role, ideally within fleet or logistics industries.
Strong understanding of complex financial statements, business drivers, and operational metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and financial systems integration.
Must be Advanced Excel and working proficiency in ERP Systems such as Unibis highly advantageous.
