To be successful in this role you will be a dedicated and reliable team player who is goal orientated. TRC are looking for a quick learner with a positive friendly attitude, takes initiative, is self-motivated and is customer and community focused.
The Customer Service Officer – CS Admin Team is responsible for:
- Providing an integrated single point of quality customer service for all customers seeking to do business with Council, including assessing and allocating all requests received via the TRC app.
- Providing administrative and training support to internal stakeholders.
- A knowledge of creating and implementing new policy and procedures.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
- NSW Drivers Licence

Salary range: Grade 8 - $1,190.10 - $1,287.90 per week plus superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Daily working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
